A flyboard is a water jetpack that is attached to a personal craft and propels the rider through the air or water. The user stands on a board connected to a watercraft via a long hose and the jet nozzle underneath forces water out, thrusting the rider up to 50 feet (15m) into the air or up to 8 feet (2.5m) into the water.
